Nolvaire — Returns & Refund Policy
At Nolvaire we take pride in our considered pieces and in looking after our customers well. We understand, however, that there may be times when you'd like to return or exchange an item. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
When this policy applies
This returns policy applies to all purchases made through Nolvaire. Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returns are only accepted when accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be requested within the 30-day window, otherwise they may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the return is down to the customer (for example, a change of mind or the wrong size), the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The exact cost depends on the courier you choose. If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a damaged item or the wrong item sent), Nolvaire will cover the return shipping costs.
Customers who send items to the wrong address are responsible for any resulting delays or losses, as Nolvaire cannot accept liability for incorrectly addressed returns.
When returning items, it's essential to use a shipping method with a tracking number. This allows both you and us to follow the progress of the parcel and confirm delivery. Please note that without a valid tracking number we cannot trace your return, and we won't be able to process a refund or exchange.
We also strongly recommend choosing a courier that offers cover in the event of loss or damage in transit. To avoid delays, please make sure your parcel is well packed, as we cannot accept or refund items that arrive damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A short explanation
Depending on your preference, we'll offer you a replacement or a full refund. Please check your order on arrival and report any quality issues within 7 days. If issues are not reported within this period, we may be unable to offer a refund, replacement, or return.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please state this clearly in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Cancelling orders
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this, our system begins automatic processing and cancellation may no longer be possible. If you contact us before dispatch and within the 2-hour window, your cancellation request can be processed and the full amount refunded. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned after delivery.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking details.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your returned item, and we'll tell you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card provider may need longer to process the funds. If more than 7 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch at info@nolvaire.com.
Received the wrong item?
We take great care when picking and packing orders, but mistakes can happen. If you've received the wrong item, you can either keep it for a partial refund, or return it for the correct item or a full refund (we'll cover the shipping costs). Please contact info@nolvaire.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
